5th February 2002. American John Walker Lindh who was captured on November 25, during the 2001 invasion of Afghanistan while fighting for the Taliban was indicted by A federal grand jury on 10 charges, alleging that he was trained by Osama bin Laden's network and that he conspired with the Talibans to kill Americans.
